Are we old enough to have kids this old??

My oldest dearest friend ( http://babs-ittakesavillage.blogspot.com/2010/01/true-friend-reaches-for-your-hand-and.html ) and her family came to visit on their way home from Florida.  I had the opportunity to spend time with her family earlier in the year but this was really the first time both families were together.  I LOVE these kids...and how lucky for us we love each others spouses. I still get emotional when I get to see her, maybe because I am old?  I like to think it is because I cherish our friendship so very much.

 

It may never be easy but it will always be worth it.
