My mother and sister started collecting stars several years ago...I did not get the bug until later...but it did not take long.

There are stars every where... if you look. Just ask my family they will tell you I have them all. Of course you star collectors know there is no such thing as to many...I won't admit to how many are now in the house but the kids say they lost count at 100. There are star plates, candle sticks, lamps ETC.

We have not made a trip that I did not cram one in between the kids to make the ride home. Much to Hondo's displeasure I might add...

I heard someone say they like stars because they are the star of their own show...me I just like them...they make me smile and I love trying to find the perfect one to tuck in a nook in the house.

Imagine my surprise when I got this picture from Noel. She knew that May was a tough month...Mom was just a little stressed and when Mom ain't happy no one is happy!

This star, made by her friends did just the trick.

It may never be easy but it will always be worth it.
